EG Solutions announces CFO resigns from Aspect Software

(ShareCast News) - Bob Krakauer resigned as chief financial officer of US firm Aspect Software, the partner of AIM-listed EG Solutions, a back office workforce optimisation company, on Tuesday.EG Solutions said that Krakauer will remain on the board of the company as a non-executive director "in light of his substantial experience in global technology companies".He was appointed in August 2015 as a representative of call centre software company Aspect, which has a 9.5% stake in and a reseller agreement with EG Solutions since February 2013.The company said that it is "no longer obliged to have an Aspect representative on its board" under the terms of its initial agreement and will not be making a further appointment on behalf of Aspect.Shares in EG Solutions were up 1.24% to 41p at 0844 GMT.
