LONDON (Alliance News) - Dukemount Capital PLC on Monday said it signed a building contract for the redevelopment of the Wavertree property in North West England.
The refurbishment targeted date for the works to be completed is November 1. Under the contract, the date for completion is December 18.
"The agreement with the contractor has been concluded and the refurbishment of the Wavertree property will commence soon. The refurbishment requested by the housing association, includes increasing the number of rooms and adding some office space," Chair Geoffrey Dart said.
Dukemount shares were untraded at 0.39 pence each.
