LONDON (Alliance News) - Volution Group PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Anthony Reading bought 10,817 shares at a price of 138.25 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Reading holds 33,000 shares, with voting rights which represents 0.02% of Volution's issued share capital.
Shares in the ventilation products maker were trading flat at 139.75p Monday.
