LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC said that two non-executive directors purchased shares on Tuesday.
Non-Executive Director Michel Demare bought 50,000 shares at a price of 199.4202 pence per share, at a total of GBP99,710.
Non-Executive Director Maria Martinez acquired 19,467 shares at a price of 199.82 pence each, and 5,533 shares at 199.84p per share, purchasing a total of 25,000 shares for GBP49,956.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Demare or Martinez now holds following these transactions.
Shares in the FTSE 100-listed telecommunications company were down 0.8% at 196.70 pence on Wednesday.
Vodafone (VOD)
