DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Vianet Chairman James Dickson Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Vianet Group PLC on Monday said Chairman James Dickson's pension fund bought 5,000 shares in the company on Friday.

Dickson bought the shares at 95.00 pence per share, taking his total beneficial holding to 4.7 million shares, or a 17% stake in the company.

Shares in Vianet, which makes monitoring systems for the leisure and vending sectors, were down 1.1% to 93.00p Monday.
