Director dealings: Urban Logistics chairman makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Urban Logistics revealed on Wednesday that non-executive chairman Nigel Rich had acquired 110,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed real estate investment trust.
Rich, who previously spent 20 years at the Jardine Matheson Group in Asia, purchased the shares at an average price of 137.50p each, for a total value of ?151,250.

Back in October 2019, Urban Logistics said it had seen the value of its portfolio and net asset value rise in the six months ended 30 September.

Urban Logistics witnessed a 3.8% half-on-half increase in its portfolio valuation to ?195m, partly driven by the acquisition of six logistics properties from Connect Group for ?9.9m at a net initial yield of 7%.

As of 1645 GMT, Urban Logistics shares were down 1.46% at 135p.
