LONDON (Alliance News) - Tracsis PLC on Monday said Chief Executive Officer John McArthur sold 120,000 shares at a price of 515.9 pence per share on Friday.
Following this transaction, McArthur has 1.1 million shares representing 3.9% of the total issued share capital
Shares in the data capture software provider for the transport industry were down 0.9% at 520.50p Monday.
