LONDON (Alliance News) - TR European Growth Trust PLC said Monday that non-Executive Independent Director Jane Tufnell bought 4,000 shares at 453.715 pence each last Friday.
Following this transaction Tufnell has a less than 1.0% interest in the company.
Shares in TR European Growth closed up 0.8% at 464.84 pence Monday.
