LONDON (Alliance News) - Machine-to-machine communications company Telit Communications PLC on Wednesday said Chairman Enrico Testa has bought shares in the business.
Testa bought 38,000 shares in Telit for 190.00p per share on Wednesday. His total holding is now 1.0 million shares, or a 0.9% stake.
Telit shares were up 3.9% to 187.00p on Wednesday.
