LONDON (Alliance News) - SpaceandPeople PLC Thursday said Finance Director Gregor Dunlay bought 10,000 shares at a price of 46 pence per share, which represents his only holding in the company.
The company also said Non-Executive Director George Watt bought 25,000 shares at 47p each, which represents his only holding in the company.
Shares in the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist were down 8.0% at 46.90p Thursday, after the company earlier issued another profit warning for 2014 as a host of its businesses failed to meet performance expectations.
