(Alliance News) - SigmaRoc PLC on Thursday said that Chief Financial Officer Gareth Palmer bought just over GBP17,000 worth of shares in seven transactions on Tuesday.
Palmer purchased 34,856 shares at an average price of 50 pence per share. Following the transaction, he holds 256,186 shares, representing 0.1% of the total voting rights of the construction materials firm.
Also Tuesday, Chief Executive Officer Max Vermorken bought 10,000 shares at 49.90p, upping his stake to 447,511, or 0.2%. Technical Director Charles Trigg also bought 10,000 shares, at 50p, and how has 153,645 shares.
SigmaRoc shares were trading 6.7% higher at 52.83p each on Thursday afternoon in London.
