LONDON (Alliance News) - NMCN PLC said Wednesday Chief Executive Officer John Homer had bought shares worth GBP75,750 in the construction firm in a transaction on Monday.
Homer - CEO since 2016 - bought 15,000 shares at 5.05 pence. Shares in NMCN - known as North Midland Construction PLC until November - were 1.9% higher at 535.00 pence on Wednesday.
After the transaction, Homer held 45,967 shares in the firm.
