LONDON (Alliance News) - Nakama Group PLC Friday said Non-Executive Chairman EK Ford sold 500,000 shares in the company at 4 pence each.
Following the transaction, Ford holds 13.5 million shares representing 11% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Nakama closed down 29% at 3.75 pence on Friday.
