(Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Thursday its investment manager Mark Sheppard sold shares in the company.
The company said Sheppard sold 5,260 share at a price of GBP5.60 each, worth GBP29,456 in total.
On Monday, Sheppard sold 25,000 shares at GBP5.50 each, worth GBP137,500 while on Friday last week he sold 75,000 shares for GBP5.50 each, worth GBP412,500.
His resulting holding, if any, was not reported.
Manchester & London Investment Trust shares closed 1.4% lower at 570.00 pence each on Thursday.
