LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American IT PLC Monday said non-executive director Simon Bragg bought 80 shares at a price of GBP11.7089 per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Bragg holds a total of 2,684 shares.
Shares in the North American investment trust were up 0.93% at 1,178.89 pence Monday midday.
