LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust Friday said one of its board member's beneficial interest in the trust has increased.
Simon Bragg purchased 85 shares through a monthly savings plan with JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited on October 1 at GBP10.944 a share.
He now holds 2,597 shares, a negligible percentage of the trust's share capital.
The trust's shares Friday closed at 1,112 pence, up 19 pence, or 1.7%.
