Investec PLC and Ltd - Sandton, Johannesburg-based financial services firm - Executive Director Richard Wainwright sells 110,144 shares for GBP4.59 each on Monday. Also sells 81,567 shares on same day for GBP4.63 each. Total aggregate value is GBP883,215. In May, it was announced Wainwright will step down at the annual general meeting to be held on August 3.

Informa PLC - London-based publishing and events firm - Non-Executive Director Andy Ransom buys 13,730 shares at a price of GBP7.35 each on Friday last week. Total transaction value is GBP100,916.

BBGI Global Infrastructure - Luxembourg-based infrastructure investor - Chief Financial Officer Michael Denny buys 38,000 shares at GBP1.34 each for total GBP51,072.

Tullow Oil PLC - Africa and South America-focused oil and gas exploration company - Non-Executive Director Roald Goethe buys 250,000 shares worth GBP66,740 in four tranches on Monday. This consists of one tranche of 50,000 shares at a price of 27.36 pence each, another tranche of 50,000 shares at 26.48p, 50,000 shares at 26.50p price and and 100,000 shares at 26.57p each.
