(Alliance News) - Impax Environmental Markets PLC said Friday Non-Executive Director Stephanie Eastment bought shares worth GBP14,437 in the investment firm in a transaction on Thursday.
Eastment acquired 4,830 shares in Impax Environmental for a price between 297.65 pence per share and 299.00p each. Shares in Impax Environmental were 1.3% higher at 303.00 pence in London on Friday.
The total holding of Eastment after the transaction was not disclosed.
