LONDON (Alliance News) - Henderson International Income Trust PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Simon Jeffreys has bought shares in the trust.
Jeffreys bought 24,972 shares for 120.13 pence per share on Tuesday, increasing his total holding to 127,397 shares.
Shares in the trust were up 0.8% to 119.75p on Tuesday.
