LONDON (Alliance News) - Hansard Global PLC said Friday that non-executive Chairman Leonard Polonsky bought 2 million shares at 90 pence Thursday, a total value of GBP1.8 million.
Following this transaction Polonsky's total interest in the life assurance and financial advisors is 41.34%.
Shares in Hansard were trading down 1.2% at 90.00 pence Friday.
