LONDON (Alliance News) - Recently-spun-out price comparison service GoCompare.com Group PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Angela Seymour-Jackson bought shares in the company on Monday.
Seymour-Jackson purchased 36,973 shares in GoCompare at 66.975 pence apiece. Her total holding following the purchase was not disclosed.
GoCompare, spun-out of FTSE 250 insurer esure Group PLC earlier this month, was trading down 0.8 at 65.00p on Tuesday.
