LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline PLC said Thursday that Chief Executive Andrew Witty exercised options over 77,500 shares at a price of 1,123 pence each, and subsequently sold 71,296 shares at a price of 1,384 pence each.
Shares in Glaxo closed up 2.5% at 1,412.00 pence Thursday.
