LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia Capital PLC on Friday said Independent Director David Morrison bought shares in the company in two separate deals worth almost GBP200,000 combined.
In a first deal, on Tuesday, Morrison bought 8,043 shares at 1,092 pence each for GBP87,828. In a second transaction the day after he bought 9,057 shares at 1,082.00p for GBP97,961.
Shares closed up 6.8% on Friday at 1,233.40p each.
