LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia Capital PLC, an investment company, said Chief Executive Officer Irakli Gilauri purchased 50,000 shares in two transactions at an aggregate price of 1,135.00 pence per share on Tuesday and Wednesday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Gilauri now holds in the company following the GBP567,550 deal.
Georgia Capital said that a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director William Huyett purchased 6,500 shares at 1120.00p per share on Wednesday.
This person also chose not to disclose their total stake following the GBP72,800 purchase.
