LONDON (Alliance News) - Gabelli Merger Plus Trust PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Marc Gabelli bought 5,000 shares in the company.
Gabelli purchased the shares at USD8.75 each for a total of USD43,750. His total stake in the company following the deal was not disclosed.
Gabelli shares were untraded at USD8.58.
