DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Fulcrum Utility Non-Executive Buys 25,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd Thursday said Non-Executive Director Stephen Gutteridge bought a further 25,000 shares at a price of 8 pence per share.

Gutteridge bought 100,000 shares on Wednesday.

Following this transaction, Gutteridge holds 529,166 shares, which represents 0.34% of the company's issued share capital.

Shares in the gas transporter were up 7.9% at 8.5p Thursday.
