LONDON (Alliance News) - easyHotel on Monday said Kerry Lane, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Chairman Jonathan Lane, purchased shares in the company.
Lane bought 50,000 shares at a price of GBP1.14 each, for a total of GBP57,344.
easyHotel closed Monday trading down 3.1% at GBP1.11 each.
