Novacyt SA - Non-Executive Chair James Wakefield buys 20,000 shares at 304.9p and Chief Executive Officer Graham Mullis buys 9,493 at 310p, together worth GBP90,408, on Friday. Wakefield now has 36,839 shares and Mullis 61,631. Novacyt on Thursday reported a widened loss for 2019 but expressed confidence in its outlook amid the development of its new Covid-19 test. It said the launch of its Covid-19 test in January has led to significant demand, which it expects to extend well into 2021. It added that it expects further revenue from the launch of other Covid-19-related products, including the Exsig Direct extraction reagent and mobile Covid testing.

easyHotel PLC - Citrus Holdco Ltd, connected to Chair Hermanus Meijer, Non-Executive Director Charles Persello and Michael Neuman, representative of corporate director Cadim Fonds Inc, buys 462,259 shares at GBP0.70, worth GBP323,581, on Friday. Late last month, easyHotel offered an exit opportunity to minority shareholders at GBP0.70. Citrus Holdco held 71.2% of the shares at that point, with brand-owner easyGroup having 25.8%, leaving just 3% in public hands. easyHotel plans to cancel its listing on AIM from Tuesday.

Honye Financial Services Ltd - Director Xu WanBao sells 5.1 million shares via 70%-owned Fush Financial Investment Co, at GBP0.31, worth GBP1.6 million. Director YuXing Terry Liu buys 1.4 million of the shares from Fush via 100%-owned L&S Global Ltd. Fush now has 11.8 million shares, a 47.9% stake, while L&S Global has 2.0 million for 8.1%.
