DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Coms CEO Mark Braund Bolsters Stake

LONDON (Alliance News) - Infrastructure, managed services and smart building services company Coms PLC said Chief Executive Mark Braund bought 2.4 million shares, through the JMC Trust, on Monday.

The acquisition of the shares, for 1.06 pence per share, takes his total holding up to 8.8 million shares, or a 0.64% stake in the company.

Coms shares were up 10% to 1.57 pence on Monday.
