LONDON (Alliance News) - Coms PLC said Chief Executive Officer Mark Braund bought 1 million shares at a price of 1.0 pence each Tuesday, his second share purchase in two days.
Following this transaction Braund has an interest in 6.5 million shares in the company, or a less than 1.0% stake. This purchase came after Braund also bought 1 million shares at the same price Monday.
Shares in Coms were up 0.8% at 1.19 pence Wednesday afternoon.
