DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Bushveld Minerals Non-Executive Sells Entire Stake

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bushveld Minerals Limited Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Jeremy Friedlander sold 1.3 million shares at a price of 3 pence per share Tuesday.

The sale was conducted due to personal financial reasons, Bushveld Minerals said in a statement.

Following this transaction, he holds no interest in the diversified mineral development company.

The stock was down 1.6% at 3.00p Wednesday.
