DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Avanti Communications CFO And CTO Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Avanti Communications Group PLC Monday said Chief Technology Officer David Bestwick bought 4,000 shares at a price of 250.03 pence per share Friday.

Following this transaction, Bestwick holds 1.3 million shares, which represents 1.17% of the issued share capital.

The satellite communications provider also said Chief Financial Officer Nigel Fox purchased 1,960 at 252.94p each and now holds 134,580 shares in total.

Shares were trading up 1.6% at 250.00p Monday morning.
