(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

AO World PLC - Bolton, England-based consumer electronics seller - Chief Executive Officer John Roberts sells 2.5 million shares at 105 pence each, worth around GBP2.6 million. Following the sale, Roberts still holds about 90.5 million shares in AO, a 15.76% stake.

XPS Pensions Group PLC - Reading, England-based pensions consultant and administrator - Chief Financial Officer Snehal Shah sells 50,000 shares at 352.50p each, worth total GBP176,250, on Friday.
