LONDON (Alliance News) - Active Energy Group PLC on Thursday said Chief Executive Richard Spinks bought shares in the company on Wednesday.
Spinks acquired 175,000 Active Energy shares at 5.5 pence per share, taking his total holding to 10.2 million shares, or 1.8% of the company's issued share capital.
Active Energy shares were up 0.6% to 5.28p on Thursday.
