LONDON (Alliance News) - AA PLC said that Non-Executive Director Mark Brooker purchased 19,221 shares at a price of 104 pence per share on Thursday, at a total of GBP19,989.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Brooker now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the car insurance company closed down 0.8% at 102.30 pence on Thursday.
