LONDON (Alliance News) - Starcom Systems PLC Thursday said that Chief Executive Officer Avi Hartmann sold 900,000 shares at a price of 2.5 pence each.
Following this sale Hartmann has an interest in 17.6 million shares, or an 18.04% stake.
Shares in Starcom closed up 9.8% at 2.74 pence Thursday.
