D4T4 Solutions performs 'strongly' in H2

(Sharecast News) - Data solutions provider D4T4 Solutions said on Tuesday that it had "performed strongly" in the second half, with group revenues expected to be in line with market expectations and adjusted pre-tax profits seen at the upper end of expectations.

D4T4 highlighted that during the year, annual recurring revenues increased "significantly" by 32% to £14.0m - up from £10.6m twelve months earlier.

The AIM-listed group added that it remains "highly confident" in its strategy and added that it had started the new financial year with a strengthened management team, good revenue visibility, and a strong pipeline of opportunities. It also expects to announce further contract wins in the coming months.

D4T4 will announce its final results for the year ended 31 March in early to mid-July.

As of 1045 BST, D4T4 shares were up 2.17% at 235.0p.
