Corero issues 6,666 shares as options are exercised

(ShareCast News) - Corero Network Security announced on Friday that it has allotted and issued 6,666 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the company following the exercise of options.The AIM-traded company has made application for the 6,666 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM."Admission is expected to occur on 15 September 2016," Corero's board said in a statement.Following admission, the company will have 203,417,642 ordinary shares in issue.
