Coca-Cola HBC Extends And Increases Credit Facility To EUR800 Million

LONDON (Alliance News) - Coca-Cola soft drink bottler Coca-Cola HBC AG said Wednesday it has agreed to an increase and extension of its syndicated multi-currency revolving credit facility.

The facility has been increased to EUR800 million from EUR500 million, and has been extended from April 2021 to April 2024, with the option to extend further to April 2026.

Coca-Cola HBC Finance BV is the borrower under the facility, with Coca Cola HBC AG as the guarantor of the borrower's obligations.

The facility can be used for general corporate purposes.

Shares in Coca-Cola HBC closed 0.2% higher at 2,751.00 pence on Wednesday.
