Checkit Chief Financial Officer Weatherstone To Step Down In September

Tue, 05th May 2020 17:56

(Alliance News) - Checkit PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Andy Weatherstone will step down from his role with effect from September 24.

Weatherstone has been part of the connection, monitoring and control products manufacturer for six years since 2014.

Checkit said it is well advanced with the recruitment of Weatherstone's replacement and expects to confirm the appointment of an appropriate candidate in due course.

"I should like to thank Andy for his significant contribution over the past six years, not least for his part in the value creation and realisation from the sale of Bulgin. He has been a pleasure to work with and will leave with best wishes from all of us at Checkit," said Executive Chair Keith Daley.

Shares in Checkit closed 3.0% lower at 32.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
