Brack Capital Raises Stake In Property Subsidiary To 34%

LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV Monday said it has increased its stake in its Brack Capital Properties NV subsidiary.

Brack has acquired 16,290 shares in the company for ILS224.4 per share, increasing its total stake in the subsidiary to 34.4%.

The investor has bought the shares in its real estate platform from Brack Capital Zeta BV, a subsidiary of Brack Capital Holding Ltd.

Brack Capital Real Estate Investments shares were untraded on Monday, quoted at 1.765 pence.
