March 1 (Reuters) - BP Plc warned of flaringat its 265,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Los Angeles-area refinery inCarson, California, according to a filing with state pollutionregulators on Friday.
The flaring is scheduled to take place from March 4-12, thecompany said in a filing with the South Coast Air QualityManagement District.
A flaring usually indicates refinery operations areinterrupted by planned maintenance or an unplanned breakdown.
