Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank (Ticker: BKIR) has mandatedBarclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, SG CIB and UniCredit tolead manage its upcoming RegS (Bearer) EUR denominated fixedrate benchmark covered bond transaction with a 7-year maturity,backed by Irish residential mortgage loans. The deal is expectedto be rated Aaa/AAA by Moody’s/DBRS, and is expected to launchin the near future subject to market conditions. Relevantstabilisation regulations apply, including FCA/ICMA.Manufacturer target market (MIFID II product governance) iseligible counterparties and professional clients only (alldistribution channels).
