LONDON (Alliance News) - Soft tissue products firm Accrol Group Holdings PLC said on Thursday that Schroders PLC raised its stake in the company by 2.5%.
Before the transaction the asset management company held 7.8% of Accrol's shares, which it has increased to 10.3% on Wednesday.
In total, Schroders now owns 13.3 million shares of the 129.0 million issued by Accrol.
Accrol shares closed up 4.2% on Thursday at 18.50 pence each.
