Arkle Resources Non-Executive Director Michael McNeilly Steps Down

(Alliance News) - AIM-listed Arkle Resources PLC on Tuesday said Michael McNeilly has resigned as non-executive director with immediate effect.

"The board would like to thank him for his contribution in recent years and wish him well in his other ventures," Arkle said.

Shares in the Ireland-based gold & zinc exploration and development company were down 9.3% in London on Tuesday afternoon at 1.23 pence each.
