Intercede Group PLC, up 9.4% at 189.80 pence, 12-month range 40.99p-200.00p. The cybersecurity software firm inks a strategic partnership with Microsoft Corp. "This collaboration combines Intercede's expertise in Credential Management Systems with Microsoft Entra ID to allow administrators to create and register FIDO Passkeys on behalf of users on devices such as the Yubikey family of devices or smart phones. This development allows FIDO Passkeys to be managed in a similar way to PKI based devices through MyID CMS and then passed to Microsoft Entra ID for use during user authentication," it explains.

Landore Resources Ltd, down 15.3% at 3.65p, 12-month range 1.87p-11.50p. The North American-focused precious, base and battery metal exploration and development company updates on option agreement to dispose of a 100% interest in its Miminiska Lake and Keezhik Lake properties in the Thunder Bay Mining District, Northern Ontario between Landore Resources Canada Inc and Storm Exploration Inc. It says that it has agreed a rescheduling and extension of up to 18 months in respect of the remaining amount payable by Storm to Landore.

Global Petroleum Ltd, down 4.6% at 0.076p, 12-month range 0.040p-0.21p. The Africa and Mediterranean-focused oil and gas company raises GBP250,000 through a retail offer. It says it will issue 384.6 million shares priced at 0.065p. It adds that there was "exceptional demand" for the retail offer.
