DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Zotefoams Chair Steve Good Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - Zotefoams PLC said Tuesday Chair Steve Good bought shares worth GBP26,000 in the technical foam making firm in a transaction on Monday.

Good - chair since 2016 - acquired 7,500 shares in Zotefoams at 345.75 pence each. Shares in Zotefoams were 4.8% lower at 319.00 pence in London on Tuesday.

Following the transaction, Good held 30,047 shares in the firm.
