ZincOx raises £300,000 for working capital, other opportunities

(ShareCast News) - ZincOx Resources has raised £300,000 at 1p a share, proceeds going to working capital and various opporunities over the next 12 months using its metallurgical expertise. At 16:47 BST, shares in ZincOx were up 28% to 0.8p.It is working with EETAC, a consortium of US and international investors, which is examining the possibility of bidding for certain assets associated with the estate of Doe Run Peru.AIM-quoted Zincox is also working with GreenNovo Environmental Technology to identify suitable zinc processing and dust recycling opportunities inside and outside China.Following the placing, ZincOx had net cash resources available of £440,000 at end-June.
