LONDON (Alliance News) - Highlands Natural Resources PLC Thursday said it has issued 310,000 shares after some warrants were exercised.
Highlands did not state what price the warrants were exercised at, but the shares issued represent around 1.0% of the company's enlarged issued share capital.
Importantly, that share capital will rise shortly once Highlands has issued the 2.9 million shares under the subscription agreement that was published on April 26.
Highlands Natural shares were trading down 7.7% to 38.75 pence per share on Thursday morning.
