(Alliance News) - Xeros Technology Group PLC said Woodford Investment Management Ltd has a less than 5% stake in the company, down from 13.4%, following a transaction on Thursday.
As recently as July, the troubled investment firm set up by fallen-star stock picker Neil Woodford had held a 40% stake in Xeros, which provides water-saving technology.
Xeros closed down 9.2% on Friday in London at 1.40 pence.
